Every guest automatically receives 1–3 pre-configured AI scenes depending on your package — no prompt required. But we can also enable a guest prompt mode, where guests type their own scene idea and receive a personalised output based on what they imagined. Prompt-generated photos can also be printed on the spot at the event. It's fully customisable to your brief.
No backdrop is required. Auragram's AI replaces the background entirely, so any open wall or clear space at your venue will work. If you'd like to use a physical backdrop as a stylistic choice, you're welcome to — but it's completely optional.
Hardware is typically supplied by the client, but we can also provide it depending on your package and requirements — just let us know when you enquire. At a minimum you'll need a camera, a display screen, and a laptop. We'll share a spec sheet and run a compatibility check before the event to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Yes. Guests scan a QR code and instantly receive all their variations on their phone — ready to share directly to Instagram, WhatsApp, or any platform. Email delivery is available on Luminary and above. Physical prints are available on Luminary and Universe packages.
Absolutely. Custom overlays, branded frames, and event hashtags are embedded on every photo output. Just share your brand assets with us ahead of the event and we'll handle the rest.
Luminary and Universe bookings include a dedicated on-site Auragram operator throughout the event. For all packages, our remote support line remains active for the full duration. We also recommend having a backup mobile hotspot at the venue in case of internet issues.
